Returns Policy

Purchasers Responsibility 

It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure the product is correct prior to either opening and/or using the product. The purchaser takes full responsibility as to who uses the products purchased from Ion Energy. We recommend the purchaser/ or the users of the product, to have sought health advice from either their doctor or an approved medical specialist before using. No liability will be accepted by Ion Energy on the use or misuse of any products sold. 

Faulty Items

If you receive a product that is faulty or has been opened, we will need you to:

  • Contact our support team through email within 2 days of receiving the product 
  • Advise our support team what has happened and provide proof of photos and proof of purchase
  • Have not consumed or removed any of the contents from the products packaging
  • Return the product to Ion Energy within 7 days of having received the product through the post. 
  • Contact our support team and provide a copy of the receipt from the postage company, showing the faulty item being returned to us. 
  • Once we have received the package, our team will review the contents and will contact you within 5 business days to confirm if they will provide you with a credit. If you are entitled to a credit, we will refund you for the delivery costs of returning the item back to Ion Energy and we will post a new product back to you within 24 hours. 

Shipping and Packaging

Shipping is free to New Zealand addresses only. We don’t deliver to PO Boxes in New Zealand. We do not accept liability for damage or loss in transit. However, let us know what happened and we’ll do everything we can to help rectify the situation.

Return Policy

We will not provide a refund for any of the following reasons:

  • Change of mind made by the customer
  • Purchased wrong product
  • The product is either opened and/or can be seen to have been used by the consumer
  • You have purchased either a clearance item or have received a free gift

The Consumers Guarantee Act applies to all purchases

Delivery Items Not Received

We recommend the purchaser, checking the delivery address provided to us with their order. If you provide us with an incorrect address, we take no liability for your package being not delivered to you. If the package is undeliverable and is returned to us, we can repost your order to you, at an additional cost. We will advise you of the shipping cost.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

Nationwide Shipping

All orders are sent using NZ Post and are given a tracking number. Picks up from our warehouse are daily (Monday to Friday)

All orders received on working days (Monday to Friday) will be packed and shipped on the following working day.

This means your order will leave our warehouse on the following working day you complete payment.

Orders packed during the weekend will be collected on Monday by NZ Post

Courier Delivery Time: 2-3 Days

Courier delivery times will vary based on your location.

Please allow 3-4 days shipping to the South Island.

Please allow an extra 1-2 days for rural deliveries.

We can not deliver to a PO Box address, please provide a physical delivery address instead.

Please keep in mind, these delivery times are promised by NZ Post that we use, but sometimes there can be delays in your parcel reaching you. Remember to allow a little extra time for your order to arrive to you after a Public Holiday or if you are in a rural location.

Non-Signature Deliveries

To ensure super fast delivery we use a non-signature required service for all deliveries. This means that the courier will leave your package in a safe place and you do not have to be home to receive the package. 

NZ Post are instructed to leave the package if there is a safe location to do so.

We cannot take responsibility for incorrectly/incomplete addresses, please carefully check your delivery details before finalising your order

Courier Damage: Due to of the nature of our business and our reliance on the care and professionalism of courier company to deliver your purchase to your door you must always inspect your package prior to opening. If the product is damaged, contact Ion Energy immediately. This is to protect you, as every package is insured and helps us to resolve any disputes with the courier company quickly.
